Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is a holistic, whole body approach to health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.

Focusing on underlying causes of ill health rather than the symptom. We tackle this by finding ways together with how to make changes to your nutrition,  lifestyle, environment, movement and emotional state.

When it comes to health, there is no one size fits all approach. This is why I take a personalised approach with each client, creating bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plans to empower and support you to reach your unique health goals.

I studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated as a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (CNHC mBANT mANP).

My specific focuses are:

A unique tailored programme designed to give you the essential tools and support to start your health journey.

One session a month, over a 3 month period.

VATA

Advanced.

An advanced programme that offers you an enhanced level of support to steer you to success with your health goals.

Two sessions a month, over a 3 month period.

PITTA

Ultimate.

The ultimate programme which provides accountability and will offer weekly support to guide you through your sustainable lifestyle and health journey.

One session a week, over a 3 month period.

All programmes include:

1 x 90 min new client initial consultation

1 x 45 min check in call once a month (dependent on plan)

1 x 60 min final call, journey recap and sustainable send off plan.

    medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress management

  • Specific lifestyle and dietary recommendations suited to your needs

  • Supplement recommendations, advice and preferential discounts

  • Holistic alternative lifestyle recommendations such as acupuncture

  • Access to seasonal food plans and recipe ideas

  • Your healthy shopping food list

  • Current medication and nutrient interaction evaluation (if applicable)

  • Email and messaging support during clinic hours

  • Advice on functional testing, tests ordered and interpreted on your behalf

  • GP referral letters for NHS tests

45 minute follow up consultation.

A great option to catch up and reflect on previously completed plans, discuss current symptoms or any changes that have arisen.

Sustainable follow up plan and support included on an ad-hoc basis.

1) First step.

  • Find a time to suit you to have a free 15 minute online zoom call.

  • Discuss your health and nutrition concerns and goals.

  • Gives you clarity as to what is involved working together.

  • Decide if I am the right practioner for you.

2) Second step.

  • We will go through your filled out comprehensive wellness assessment and dive deep into your medical health and family history as well as your current dietary and lifestyle routine.

  • We will be looking at your food diary together, going through your current eating habits.

  • Having gathered up all your information, I will curate this into your new nutritional and lifestyle plan.
