Power Pilates
18:00 -18:45
Expect a dynamic full body pilates flow with the inclusion of props such as pilates balls, circles and hand weights all the while maintaining the Pilates principles. Expect to feel the burn in all the right places. Leave the class with a smile and a little sweat on your face.
Flow Pilates
19:00 - 19:45
Expect a gentle full body pilates flow, focusing on the Pilates fundamentals. Learn how to move, breathe and feel through the exercise. Adding in the inclusion of props such as pilates balls, circles and weights. Leave the class with a strong connection to body and mind.

Looking to step up your staff wellness days? Why not treat your team members to a full body pilates class led by myself. A great way to learn about the pilates method, get those muscles moving, find core control with breath work and most importantly, a fun and active way to bond with your colleagues.
On site visits to your place of work alongside some pilates equipment and homemade protein balls included.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer pilates classes are the creative combination of principled pilates and athletic ability. Utilising the correct technique and alignment first. We then use this to create seamless flows of fun and challenging sequences, using the reformer beds. You’ll be feeling that burning sensation in all the right places.
Each class has a different focus whether that be muscle group focus, movement pattern or energy focus. All exercises are easily layered allowing you options and adjustment suited to your body. An introduction to the reformer bed and exploring the equipment will be discussed to any of those new to reformer classes.

A Reformer Pilates class is designed to engage every muscle of your body. The machines use an intricate balance of weight resistance springs and a moving carriage along with several other accessories.
It is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates. This workout is about strengthening your core and learning which muscles to engage throughout. It can help to rehabilitate from injuries, improve balance, bone density, posture and reduce back pain.

Reformer Pilates is great for individuals at all ages and varying skill level as it is highly adjustable, making it ideal for both beginners and those advanced in Pilates. Consult with me if you have existing or recovering injuries or are pregnant.

I am a qualified pilates instructor based in Sussex. Trained in both Mat and Functional Reformer Pilates by the London Pilates Academy, certified by CIMSPA and YMCA.
My focus as your Pilates instructor is to provide you with classes that encourage you to learn and listen to your body’s needs. I offer a range of different pilates classes with varying energy levels. Whether that be for those wanting a more contemporary, slower class or those wanting a more dynamic, fast paced class, there are options available.
Classes target full body movement, focusing on working those intricate smaller muscles to the larger muscle groups throughout the body; all the while encompassing the Pilates principles throughout the session. This includes alignment, breath work, core engagement, mobility and flow alongside balance.
Leave the class with a smile on your face, creating a positive change within whilst listening to both body and mind with a class that honours you.
